The Petit Monde hotel is showing signs of age. Giselle, the hotel's manager, hires Mr. Harrison from the town of dogs to oversee the renovations. Late one night, Mr. Harrison returns to the hotel to pick up a forgotten item. But wait . . . What's that? Halloween night is always an adventure at the Petit Monde hotel.
